Get to know me.

I am Morgan Haines, a sports therapist, tennis enthusiast, neurodivergent, man who lives in Plymouth, UK. I have a beautiful girlfriend, 2 sisters who are almost as crazy as me, a mum and nan who are definitely more crazy than me, and more wonderful family and friends who support me on a daily basis to become the person I want to be. Talking of, the person I am/ want to be is a travel enthusiast who loves physical and mental wellness and helping others. Positivity is something I struggled with over the course of my life so far and has been a skill that's been hard to develop. I want help get people through the barriers in their life whether it be mentally or physically. With ADHD I have learned so much about my brain and the way neurodivergent brains work. I would love to continue to grow my knowledge and begin to support those in my position navigate through their struggles with ADHD. I have always been a sport fanatic and since helping others past barriers seems to be a passion of mine, I enrolled on a Sports Therapy course where I gained the knowledge and experience necessary to diagnose, treat and support people with injuries as well as preventing injuries. Please connect with me on any social media or via any details I have left at the bottom of the website, it would be great to connect with people with similar interests to me as well as connecting with those who believe I am able to help them with any specific issues regarding anything stated above. Thanks, and enjoy!

My mission

I am on a mission to reach financial freedom so I am able to live the adventurous life I would love to live as well as helping others along the way. As you may be able to tell, there are multiple ventures I am trying to pursue, including: Entrepreneurialism, Life coaching (neurodivergent), and mental and physical health and well-being. I am on a mission to not only achieve these goals but document them so that others can see my story as I find great comfort within transparency. hope my missions intrigue you enough to reach out and connect with me, we may be able to help eachother!

What will I achieve?

I agree that society is imperative to functioning the world we live in today and for a long time I wanted to be a part of society like everybody else. However, I came to the realisation that all aspects of society I love, I can still access with financial freedom and no rules set by higher-ups. I love community, that is a primary vision of mine. More visions include supporting those who are neurodivergent navigate through the process of learning what their brain is like and how to manage symptoms and more. I also aim to help those with physical injuries or those who want to prevent injury or grow strength. Physical activity has always been a passion of mine.
